Print House sells ready-to-buy, one-of-one (1 of 1) 3D-printed items. Because each piece is made and finished by hand, small surface marks, layer lines (FDM), and tiny supports/cleanup traces (resin) can be normal. We always aim to ship quickly, pack carefully, and keep expectations clear.

What’s the difference between filament and resin prints?
Filament (FDM) prints are great for durable, functional parts and larger pieces. Resin prints capture sharper detail for miniatures and collectibles. Each listing notes the material used.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. If an item needs final curing/finishing, it may take a little longer—your order confirmation will reflect any delays.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. For change-of-mind returns, eligibility depends on the item condition and timing. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If tracking hasn’t updated or your package looks stuck, reach out and we’ll help investigate. In some cases we may need to wait for the carrier’s claim window before replacement/refund options are available.
