Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about processing times, shipping, and how returns work for one-of-one prints.

Shipping basics

Print House ships nationwide. Most items are ready-to-buy one-of-one (1 of 1) prints, so processing time depends on final cleanup, curing (for resin), and safe packaging. You’ll see the shipping method and cost at checkout before you pay.

Shipping

Processing & delivery

We pack prints to survive the trip—especially fragile resin details and sharp edges.

Processing time

Most orders ship in 2–5 business days. If an item needs extra finishing (sanding, curing, paint-safe prep), it may take a bit longer—if so, we’ll email you.

Tracking included

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Returns & issues

Because many items are one-of-one prints, returns are handled a little differently than mass-produced goods. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we’ll make it right.

Do you accept returns?

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help with a replacement or refund. For change-of-mind returns, reach out first—approval depends on the item’s condition and whether it can be resold.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Keep all packing materials until we resolve the claim.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually cancel it. Once it’s shipped, it falls under the return process.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the U.S. only. If that changes, we’ll update this page.

Will my print look exactly like the photos?

Each item is a one-of-one print. Minor variations, layer lines (FDM), and tiny surface marks can happen—especially on handmade finishes. We photograph items as accurately as possible and note any major imperfections in the product listing.

How are resin and filament prints packaged?

Resin prints are cushioned to protect fine details; filament prints are secured to prevent bending and scuffs. If an item has removable parts, they may ship separated for safety.
